About Nick

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a strong, fast and aggressive player. I run to the ball every play and I always get physical. I can make plays on the ball and I’m always looking to force a turnover.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Im a student of the game, I watch a lot of film and I’m always working to get better. I’m constantly looking for opportunities to improve and grow to become the best player I can be. I put my best foot forward in the classroom and I’m a leader on the field.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Student Council, Peer Mentor, Cofounder/president of the investment club, JROTC, Common Ground-helps students with Down syndrome at my school, Student Ambassador, involved in a program that makes blankets for the homeless.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I work to make connections with younger guys on the team to bring everyone together. I lead others to go support our teammates, whether they are in a different sport or a club like the play. I give rides to those who can’t make practices and I help organize fun things for the team to do outside of football.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Ive faced challenges like being overlooked due to my size, I work to maximize my opportunities and show that I can ball no matter what. I make plays and I prove over and over again that I make plays regardless of size.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a school that provides the best academic opportunity for me, as well as give me an opportunity to continue playing football.
