Another 6A running back that has stood out to me this season is Mykel Malone Mykel Malone 5'11" | 190 lbs | RB Fern Creek | 2024 State KY from Fern Creek. In nine games, Malone carried the ball 140 times for 1,156 yards and 14 touchdowns. Malone is a physical, downhill that punishes defenders when they try to tackle him. He has shown that he has the contact balance to run straight through defenders without breaking stride. Once he hits the open field, he has also shown that he has the elusiveness to make defenders miss. Mykel doesn’t currently hold any offers but he deserves some attention from college coaches as he has the talent to play somewhere at the next level.
