How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
As an offensive line guard, my gameplay style is powerful and disciplined. I excel in creating strong blocks, maintaining solid protection for my quarterback, and opening up lanes for the running game. My focus is on utilizing my strength and technique to dominate the line of scrimmage and ensure the success of every play.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
My mentality is all about dedication and resilience. Having played since I was 5 years old, I bring a deep understanding of the game and a relentless work ethic to every practice and game. As an offensive line guard, I pride myself on my toughness, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, always striving to protect my quarterback and create opportunities for my team.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I am involved in my Church weekly and enjoy time with my family. I won the 6A All American Team award as well as NSHSS. I have taken Honors classes & AP classes me entire HS time.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I've developed strong leadership and teamwork skills through my involvement in football & church. I actively support my teammates, whether it's understanding the plays or help with schoolwork, and work to foster a positive and inclusive environment. Additionally, helping my siblings and participating in church activities has strengthened my sense of responsibility and compassion for others.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
COVID significantly impacted my football experience and friendships during my junior high school years. The pandemic disrupted our season, limiting practice and game opportunities, which hindered my development and team bonding. I'm looking for a college with a supportive and inclusive culture that fosters a strong sense of community. I want to be part of an environment where I can build long-term relationships with teammates, coaches, and peers. Additionally, I seek a program with a dedicated coaching staff and a team that will challenge and elevate my skills, helping me reach my full potential both on and off the field.
