Mitchell picked up his first D-I offer from Portland St. at the beginning of the month after showing promising flashes as a freshman. He’s a slender athlete at 5’11″/160 that’s shown strong hands and ball-tracking making difficult catches. He’ll be competing for targets among one of the most talented pass-catching groups in the state, but he should provide some valuable playmaking for Arbor View’s offense given the athletic skillset he possesses. Keep an eye on Mitchell as he continues to grow and develop.
