is an explosive playmaker who thrives on turning routine touches into big-time highlights. His speed and burst allow him to stretch defenses vertically and create separation in open space. Cypher shows natural instincts with the ball in his hands, making defenders miss and maximizing yardage after the catch. With multiple Division I offers already on the table, his recruitment is steadily gaining momentum. As he continues to develop physically and polish his route running, his upside as a dynamic offensive weapon is undeniable.
Cypher added offers from Boise St. and Colorado St. this month. PRZ NV’s #3-WR out of Arbor View is one of the more underrated playmakers in the 2027 class. He totaled 556 receiving yards and 6 TDs in seven games last season and continues to show D-I upside in his athletic and positional skillsets. Cypher picked up his first set of offers from UNLV and Sacramento St. in 2025.
5’11” 165 lbs., Cypher brings elite track speed to the field, boasting a 10.75 in the 100m that translate into true game-breaking explosiveness. He’s quick off the line with an efficient release using quick footwork and burst to gain early separation. Does a great job avoiding contact while maintaining his line and timing. Plus ability to set up his routes with temp and control, keeping defenders off balance before accelerating out of his breaks. He’s consistent and reliable as a route runner and is a threat to stretch the field on any snap. With his speed, suddenness, and feel for coverage he’s a dangerous vertical and after the catch weapon with big play potential every time he touches the ball. Currently holds offers from Sacramento State and UNLV with more expected as the recruiting cycle progresses.
Cypher just added his second D-I and first FBS offer from UNLV this month. The talented wide receiver out of Arbor View put his name on the radar with his breakout freshman season and had been flying under the recruiting radar until picking up his first offer from Sacramento St. in March. Cypher- the #3 WR in PRZ NV’s 2027 rankings- has his stock on the rise coming into his junior season.
Cypher picked up his first D-I offer from Sac St. this month. PRZ NV’s #3-ranked WR in the state’s 2027 class has been flying under the radar since producing a breakout season with Arbor View as a freshman. I had a chance to see Cypher up close for the Aggies thrilling win over Lincoln (San Diego) last August where he looked every bit of a future D-I prospect. Look for Cypher’s stock to heat up on the recruiting trail over the coming months.
Cypher rounds out the top-5 in PRZ NV’s first round of 2027 player rankings after a productive freshman season for Arbor View- 20 catches for 400 yards and 3 TDs. He’s a fluid athlete out of the slot that showed great ability to create/find space in the intermediate-deep areas and natural hands as a pass-catcher. He can work the sidelines and middle of the field on in/out cuts and shows toughness catching through traffic. Cypher will be one one of several playmakers to watch for Arbor View’s talented young offense in the fall.

is one of the best freshmen nobody knows about. Last Friday, we saw some glimpses of Kai’s chemistry with his new quarterback that recruiters will be zoned in on for the next three years. Kai showed strong hands and good tracking ability when adjusting at the catchpoint. Kai’s size, athleticism at the catchpoint, and quickness displayed with the ball in his hands lock him in as a top receiver in Nevada’s 2027 class; Be on the lookout for Kai’s recruitment to heat up well before Arbor View’s season has finished.
