The key cog that makes the Danville high-powered offense work. Patrick is a really fun quarterback to watch on tape and somebody I think has a lot of potential at the next level projects very well to a FCS quarterback or Division II quarterback has received interest from Penn State where he would project as a potential walk-on as well. Also had just under 200 rushing yards and four additional touchdowns on the ground as a very completion percent of 65% and has improved his actually throughout his high school career and we hope to see that continue in a senior season. Another good size quarterback at about 6-foot-0 and 200 pounds. Arm strength is solid, not as strong as others in this class, but there is plenty of enough to work there, just will need to become more consistent. What makes Madden a very good quarterback is his high football IQ. He’s played for some fantastic coaches at Danville and you can see that in his game. Dual-threat capabilities, very good athlete, who has the athleticism and agility to make multiple men miss on a run, it should translate pretty well to the next level.

Production can’t be overlooked despite many discrediting the conference he plays in. I wouldn’t put too much stock into that. If his measurables stand true, if he’s a legit 6’0, putting a few good pounds on his frame would be a must this offseason. Accuracy is his calling card, accuracy in the pocket and on the move. Patrick has seen an uptick/spark in recruiting as of late. Schools are making sure they stop by large in part due to Patrick’s junior tape. Great grades, accolades to his name, Patrick is missing the measurement pre-requisites required to have coaches comfortable pulling the trigger right now. One thing’s for sure, Patrick is likely to impress important people during college camp circuit weeks.

Patrick’s strong junior season for Danville continued this past weekend, leading the Ironmen to a 49-6 win over Berwick. Patrick completed 12-of-17 passing attempts for 303 yards and five touchdowns. The 6-foot-0, 175-pound quarterback has a good arm and has shown accuracy to all portions of the field this fall. He’s completed 65.2% of his passes this season for 1,769 yards and 30 touchdowns, while throwing just three interceptions.

Completed 18 of 25 passes. A 50-second Mountoursville tape, Madden Patrick Madden Patrick 6'0" | 180 lbs | QB Danville | 2025 State PA carved up the defense with relative ease. Awesome improvisational skills, the game was out of hand, yet some Mville defenders made things difficult for Patrick at times in terms of pocket penetration. A quick escape, accuracy on the run, Madden was able to negate pressure and still deliver darts across the field. Some of his non-scoring throws impressed me most. Kid has put together a special season.

Patrick had an incredibly efficient day against Central Columbia. The junior signal caller completed 15-of-20 passing attempts for 313 yards and six touchdowns while throwing one interception.

This previous update saw Patrick fall out of the top ten, his current ranking being his floor. Patrick tore through the Bloomsburg defense with ease. Just four incompletions on 16 attempts. 230+ yards through the air, four scores. 34 rushing yards to his name as well, another score on the ground bringing the Week Zero total to five. Supreme accuracy, good decisiveness. Love the footwork displayed on tape, Patrick seen resetting his feet when scanning and moving from read to read, all fluently. Great improvisational skills when the pocket collapsed, little bit of flare to his game too, hitting kids downfield while on the go or in awkward throwing positions. Some of the best command I’ve seen through any of Patrick’s game tapes. Stock’s back up.

Patrick is a quartreack we’re very high on here at PrepRedzone. Patrick has quality size at 6-foot-0 and 175-pounds. Very good pocket awareness. Good accuracy with the touch on his passes to make throws to all levels. Good arm strenght as well. Has the upside to play at the FCS level in our opinion.
