New name on the site, an underclassman who cashed in on an impressive sophomore season. Over 2,000+ scrimmage yards, 21 total touchdowns accounted for whether that be through the air or ground. Sophomore tape on Hudl is nine minutes long, has 80 tackles and an interception to his name in this one as well, a clear football player with his hands in on both sides of the field. Arm talent pops a bit when you consider his overall build. Didn’t really expect him to stretch the field the way he does in the first couple reps. Operates in a five-wide offense that values Brosious’ ability to scan the field hash-to-hash. Delivers some great moonshots outside the numbers, good tempo on the football, plenty of air and accuracy placed, allows his weapons to run underneath balls downfield. Couple all of this with his field vision, especially beyond 15 yards, and you’ve got a quarterback with the confidence to attack all three levels of a defense. With the stature Brosious provides, he must be a factor with his legs, taking a look at the rest of his tape, you can call him a dual-threat passer. He can rack up first downs and yardage on the ground, yet I like his impromptu abilities once a pocket deteriorates. Escapability, pass-rush awareness, eyes and head up with the intent to throw into a passing lane on the run. You can see Brosious do this on tape. Some might question the competition level, I still give credit when it’s due. Ton of flare to this kid’s game when behind center. Tack on his DB reps, you’ve got a player that will place on our ranks moving forward.

Boasts a seven-minute long Hudl tape, fully encompassing the complete skillset he provides Bloomsburg Area. Katulis accounted for a quarter of the passing yardage thrown by Brosious. Brosious threw 13 passing touchdowns, four of them went to Katulis. Potential to be had when looking at Katulis the defender, yet he looks like a natural pass-catcher on tape. I like Bloomsburgs usage of the kid, can align outside the numbers, stretch the field with a solid stride and create a window for Brosious to throw into downfield. Katulis is big enough to deploy him in TE-like alignments too. Seam benders, curls, sticks, at 6’1, 200-pounds, he can flash his numbers and provide a somewhat big target. Katulis has a ways to go in terms of developing his release at the LOS, route manipulation, etc., I like the end of Katulis’ reps a lot more than the beginning. He locates the ball well once it’s coming down from its arc. He accelerates to the football well and is better than expected after the catch. Awesome offense piece to match with Brosious, a kid who can align at inside slot and run TE routes, can align outside and stretch the field. Can be tasked with moving the chains after catching screens at the LOS. Can he serve as a blocker out in space. A complimentary football player who Bloomsburg can win with. Stock will shoot up even further if he expands as a potential pass-rusher.

Cordell Heggenstaller isn’t a new name to the site like some of his District IV brethren in this piece. After my initial look at the Central Columbia captain, I felt comfortable enough to rank him among the top 50 offensive linemen in his class. Big praise. After taking a look at his junior tape, I can safely say that Heggenstaller will likely see a jump in rank again this coming update. Left tackle duties, not a single sack allowed apparently. Love some of his reps when in run-blocking sets. Often strong-side, often works with a tight end aligned beside him. Elbows in, powerful arm type of run-blocker that looks to get his man off-balance and finish. Down blocks well, isn’t a hesitant run-blocker, shows occasional violence/tone-setting. Projecting his future stock among potential collegiate suitors is tough for one main reason, he doesn’t necessarily meet the physical thresholds needed for next-level left tackles. What’s great is, Heggenstaller can certainly be of use kicked inside, as I like him more of a run-blocking tackle than a pass-protecting one. Heggenstaller can certainly be of use on the other side of the football too. Heggenstaller fills the “DE” role in a three down-linemen front. Like what I see overall.

Evaluation based on Regular Season tape. Provides inside slot alignment. Good early in reps, can flash his numbers and be a formidable target within 10 yards of the LOS. Has taken some short throws 15+ yards after the catch was made, surprisingly good after the catch, YAC guys are usually 5’9-5’11 in height. Seen playing in the box from what I presume is his safety spot on defense. Has an interception to his name, some TFLs too. Can occupy OLB or SS alignments and attack running lanes. Kid can generate some downhill steam, at 6’2, 170, he’ll be a formidable tackler that ball carriers will have to account for when attacking the alley outside of tackles. I see Raup as a potential breakout candidate next Fall, considering Madden Patrick Madden Patrick 6’0″ | 175 lbs | QB Danville | 2025 State PA will be back tossing touchdowns with ease. See Raup as a potential production eater. Raup could also expand on his defensive role. More production, more conformity on this side of the ball should raise his stock as well. Exciting young talent.

Sophomore tape highlights how great an A-Gap blitzer Landon Kehoe Landon Kehoe 6’1″ | 200 lbs | LB Danville | 2026 State PA is. Stationed primarily at MLB, Kehoe’s tape shows phenomenal angles taken to the QB/BC once penetration is had. Great finisher of tackles, also like Kehoe’s coupling ability as a gap cleaner. Kehoe attacks blockers head-on, doesn’t run away from FBs or OLs, running away from would-be blockers would do more harm than good. Attacking leverage head-on, shedding and plugging, you can count on Kehoe to do this. Does a good job resetting the LOS in favor of the defense. Would love to see more of him in pass-coverage, primarily him dropping and sitting. Watching him cover the flats would give me a better indication of athleticism, yet he’s a MLB so Kehoe in the flats would be a rarity. Solid piece to the Danville puzzle.

This evaluation will be based on his regular season tape. I’d be remiss to not mention his recent game against Loyalsock in the PIAA D4 3A title match. 300+ rushing yards, four scores on the ground, and a pick. This won’t show up on his regular season tape, yet had to be mentioned. All of this being said, turning on the Sheptock tape and you’ll be hit with a touchdown aligned at wideout, as well as a game-winning INT from his safety spot. Quite the versatile prospect. Explosive with the ball, football acumen and IQ jumps off the screen. Can take handoffs from gun and run between the tackles. Danville likes to spread things out, so Sheptock taking handoffs out of gun, against a lighter-than-usual box is already a favorable situation. Can hit home runs between or off-tackle, can tackle just as well if not better than Kehoe and Raup. Can impact block in the backfield, has range to play corner routes working away from his safety spot, can even return punts or kicks. Might be the best prospect on this list and that’s saying something. One of the more fun tapes I put on this offseason.

Seven-minute tape showcasing Davis rack up 1,600+ scrimmage yards, 1,000 of those yards coming on the ground for Lewisburg Area. Compact and forward running style. This young man has the balance and burst you look for among starting upperclassman backs. Can get skinny and run through narrow holes all while maintaining balance in his feet. Good arm churning, eye discipline and open-field vision allow for Davis to be a threat to cut in whichever way he desires. Has a second gear that can out-pace defensive back angles. Home-run hitting speed, gets a mix of outside zone runs, an area in which Davis shines. Speed and acceleration are his calling card, getting a few tosses/pitches to him out in space is a must because this kid can turn on a switch and attack defensive edges before they have a chance to be set. Fantastic return abilities both punt and kick. This is a premier District Four playmaker who can break a game open in a heartbeat. Will rival Sheptock as one of the higher-ranking prospects on this list.

Eval coming off 5-minute junior season tape. Kid is built like a fire hydrant. Short, thick, but packs a punch. Quin Michaels Quin Michaels ATH Lewisburg Area | 2025 State PA is a gap-filling inside backer, one you can count on to drive back ball carriers. Butt up, feet square, phenomenal base, all of this allows him to be in position to make most tackles in the front-seven. Strong kid, likely a great watch in the weight room. Saying this based on Michaels easily stripping running backs of the ball on multiple occasions. Kid has some bully to his name. Going to face an uphill battle in recruiting strictly because of his size, yet at the very least, his tape says to think otherwise. Michaels is a sure bet to bring down BCs if he gets a free look into the backfield. A TFL is often the best thing that could happen for an Offense with Michaels in the backfield, don’t want him causing fumbles and returning touchdowns on you. Solid player.

Will wait for a later date in terms of an eval for Smeltz. Not much to dissect on tape, yet I can’t ignore the kid’s size at WR for Line Mountain. This is a kid I’ll be keeping my eye on moving forward. Going to need more to see to get him ranked on the site.
Jeremiah Johnson Jeremiah Johnson 6’2″ | 265 lbs | DL Loyalsock Township | 2026 State PA debuted on our ranks as one of the more exciting freshman defensive linemen in the entire state. 6’3, 240, working out of Loyalsock Township, Johnson put forth enough of a promising freshman tape that left me no choice but to rank him inside the top 75 of the state. I wish I could give a more thorough evaluation of Jeremiah Johnson Jeremiah Johnson 6’2″ | 265 lbs | DL Loyalsock Township | 2026 State PA at this time, yet he still hasn’t released a mid/reg/post season tape for me to watch. I will say, hearing from some in the know, Johnson still looked like the formidable freshman I saw work in the trenches last Fall. Once his ranking is updated, I’ll give a proper evaluation. Here’s to hoping he has a tape out by that time.
