Even on an absolutely loaded receiver room for the Millard South Patriots, junior Landon Schneider Landon Schneider 5'8" | 150 lbs | WR/ATH Millard South | 2027 State NE was able to get his feet wet on the varsity side with some quality reps. Landon ended the year with eight receptions for 104 yards and two touchdowns, setting himself up nicely to step into the open slot receiver role for the Patriots. The biggest thing that stands out about Landon’s game is how twitchy he is as a route runner, displaying quick footwork and explosiveness through his breaks. He does a great job working the middle of the field and knows how to create separation at the top of the route or identify soft spots in coverage. Landon is a tough player who has proven he can make difficult contested catches and will keep on fighting through tackles to try to tack on additional yards. Great hands. I wouldn’t be surprised if Landon quickly became a favorite target in the Patriots’ offense next fall.
