PA Goblins WR/TE Lamier Wade was a matchup nightmare for defenses all weekend long as one of the taller players in the tournament. On top of being 6’5″, Lamier is also very lengthy, giving him a massive, QB-friendly catch radius. This size advantage also makes him a near-lock on jump balls, where he elevates very well and catches the ball at the high point. Redzone monster. Strong, physical, and underrated athleticism make Lamier a player to add to your recruiting boards immediately.

Lamier Wade Lamier Wade 6'5" | 215 lbs | EDGE/LB Bishop Canevin | 2027 State PA is an incredible athlete who played as a tight end and edge defender for Bishop Canevin. As a tight end, he is excellent at running routes and making plays after the catch. His ability to break tackles and gain extra yards is impressive. He also has good speed and can run by defenders. He also does a nice job of blocking. His ability to move around, offensive formation, and block is impressive. Then, as an edge defender, his ability to make plays in the backfield is excellent. He has these long arms and can knock down passes with ease. Wade is a good athlete on both sides of the ball.

Lamier Wade Lamier Wade 6'5" | 215 lbs | EDGE/LB Bishop Canevin | 2027 State PA is a real definition of an athlete. At receiver, he’s got a zip code catch radius. He’s got good body control, and he’s not really stumbling in and out of breaks. He has a little get-up-and-go, really charging up his long speed after the catch. At TE, he uses his length to his advantage, pressing out and releasing on chip blocks to go into his routes. Wade is a good athlete overall and has a good frame, which pairs well for an overall high ceiling.

Updated measurables, 6’5, 197 pounds. Up three inches, twenty pounds since last update. Primaries as a tight end, yet has serious EDGE capabilities. 3.5 GPA. Was previously on our Watch List, now debuts inside our Top 100 as a sophomore. Is a basketball player at Bishop Canevin as well.

Posted a three-minute sophomore tape in November. Production isn’t through the roof just yet, I still am intrigued with the idea of who Lamier Wade Lamier Wade 6'5" | 215 lbs | EDGE/LB Bishop Canevin | 2027 State PA could turn into in two years time. Tape starts with a few catches reeled in stationed in the middle of the field. You have to imagine a frame like this would work well in between the hash marks, a wide window to throw footballs into. Next few reps have Wade blocking on offense, as well as some additional reps of Wade hustling to the football in run support. Raw on both sides of the field, yet he’s a prospect I’ll keep my eye on to see if he blossoms into a legitimate TE/EDGE player worth of college coaches attention, especially out West.
