from Bishop Canevin High School brings an imposing presence to the offensive line with his massive 6-foot-6, 330-pound frame. Butler’s size immediately stands out, but his ability to move defenders and create running lanes is equally impressive. He plays with power and physicality, consistently controlling the line of scrimmage. His strength allows him to anchor effectively in pass protection while holding his ground against powerful defensive linemen. Butler’s aggressive approach and willingness to finish blocks make him a difficult matchup in the trenches. As he continues improving his footwork and overall technique, his ceiling remains extremely high at the college level. Butler’s college choice is getting an impressive offensive lineman. Butler has the tools to be one of Pennsylvania’s top offensive line prospects in the Class of 2027.

Butler is a mauler through and through. At 6’6” 330, he overwhelms opponents with sheer power, but what makes him stand out is how well he moves at that size. On film, he’s explosive when pulling, erasing defenders whether he’s leading on a linebacker or kicking out an edge. His tape is littered with pancakes and drive blocks that finish plays with authority. Defensively, he’s just as disruptive, controlling gaps and collapsing pockets from the interior. With multiple offers already, he’s firmly in the high-major conversation and looks like one of the nastiest two-way linemen in the class.

is playing offensive tackle for Bishop Canevin as a Sophomore, which speaks volumes about him as a player. He has elite tools for an offensive tackle. He has a good combination of size, athletics, and size (6’5 inches). He moves well for someone his size as he is able to block more athletic guys well. As a pass blocker, he has good feet and moves them well by staying in front of defenders. Butler has continuously shown he has elite tools as an offensive tackle.

is ahead of the curve, both in terms of physique, as well as in experience. Headed into his sophomore season over at BCHS, Butler can say he’s got a 14-minute Hudl tape under his belt after one season, a season where he primaried at right tackle. Butler’s tape, which should be cut down to best plays only, is still a bit away from stamping him as an elite prospect, although he’s certainly trending in that direction. Butler is still a bit stiff, still a bit raw, yet his exemplary reps on tape show why many are buzzing around this behemoth freshman. Overtly powerful, although his footwork and hand placement can be a bit iffy, Butler can currently rely on pure strength to win reps. If he can harness this and refine his skills around this foundation, he’ll be hearing from important coaches out West in no time. 6’5, 280, pass-pro reps this early on, an occasional pancake when lead blocking out of his RT stance, there’s a lot to like. Butler will easily climb into the top 50 if he can prove he can expand on his promising freshman tape.
