About Kody

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’d describe my gameplay style as strategic and adaptive. I tend to observe first, analyze patterns or systems, and then make calculated moves based on efficiency and long-term outcomes—whether in a fast-paced or slow-burn scenario.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My philosophy is to never become complacent, as elevation can be uncomfortable. Furthermore, I maintain a mindset of being coachable and receptive to learning and improvement.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am a member of the National Honor Society and a frequent recipient of the Principal’s List.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’m a pro at communicating, solving problems, and working together. Whether it’s leading a team or taking charge, I’m all about listening, coordinating ideas, and helping guide conversations or decisions towards success. I also love giving back to the community by offering help, learning, and support to anyone who needs it.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Back when I was a kid, I played youth football. I started as a lineman because I was tall and heavy. But then, when I got to middle school, I decided to try out different positions. It was a bit of a challenge to learn the new ones and figure out what I was supposed to do on the field, but I figured it out and had a blast!

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that aligns with my character, has a strong athletic program that enhances my athletic ability, as well as one that helps me to excel academically.

Come game time, his versatility had a chance to shine through. He lined up as a Fullback/H-Back on the majority of plays and did a nice job as a blocker. He also made the most of his opportunities when he get the ball, specifically on a nice run in the third quarter where he showed off some agility to avoid a linebacker at the line of scrimmage, before picking up a nice gain.
