Another talented prospect to immediately catch my attention was Braxton Logan Braxton Logan 6'1" | 245 lbs | DL/EDGE Briarcrest Christian | 2029 TN , a defensive lineman/edge at Briarcrest Christian School. Logan was one of my favorite prospects of the afternoon, showcasing outstanding strength and physicality on all of his reps. I really liked how Logan used his arms to push back against the offensive linemen, proving he was one of the stronger players on the field.

A thick, strong interior Defensive Lineman who moves very well for a prospect of his size. Logan is part of a vary talented freshman group that Briarcrest Christian is bringing in. Logan has been part of the program the last few years on the middle school level, and I’m told he will now have an immediate role on the varsity level. The two-time Tennessee Future Stars selection was also an MVP at our PRZ Next Middle School Combine.

The other interior Defensive Lineman opposite Renterrio Hardaway (listed above), was the versatile Braxton Logan Braxton Logan 6'1" | 245 lbs | DL/EDGE Briarcrest Christian | 2029 TN , who actually did take snaps as an Edge rusher too. Logan showed off his excellent athleticism for a prospect of his size and made it a long day for the Kentucky offense. The (unofficial) stat line isn’t as flashy as some of the other prospects, as he finished with three tackles, 1 TFL and a pair of QB Hurries. However, like Hardaway, his ability to penetrate the Kentucky O-Line threw off the timing of several plays.

Built like a brick–you know what–house, Braxton Logan Braxton Logan 6'1" | 245 lbs | DL/EDGE Briarcrest Christian | 2029 TN will be one to watch out for on the 8th Grade TN Future Stars. A tireless off-season worker, Logan is one of the most physically impressive prospects on this roster when looking at his strength and build. He plays with a high motor and knows how/when to use his strength vs. more finesse. Look for the thick, strong interior Defensive Lineman to make an impact rather quickly.

Making his presence known on the other side of the line was Braxton Logan Braxton Logan 6'1" | 245 lbs | DL/EDGE Briarcrest Christian | 2029 TN , a defensive lineman. On top of great size and speed, Logan impressed me with his ability to use his arms to quickly overpower his foe. I also liked how Logan could absorb pressure and push his opponent back during his reps.

Logan caught my attention at the line of scrimmage in the first half, proving his ability to shut down the running back with his size and commanding stopping power. I also liked Logan’s quick execution off the snap and ability to read the opposition like a book. I also like how Logan can match up to receivers in the backfield.
