He has good footwork, has good hip sink to get in and out of his breaks, and does a good job of creating separation and showcasing his numbers to his quarterback. Long is an exciting two-way player with high upside. He is a player with great footwork and lateral quickness, and agility. As a receiver, he is a good route runner with an understanding of tempo and stacking. Long has good speed and showcases strong hands and concentration at the catch point. He can be lined up as a boundary receiver or in the slot and does a good job creating after the catch and making defenders miss. As a cornerback, he showcases great hip fluidity and sticking to receivers. Long has great anticipation and showcases great athleticism. He is a player who should get looked at regionally in recruiting.
