Lester is an elite athlete and is exceptional on both sides of the ball. On defense, he can play any of the defensive backs spot. He has good hips to stick with a receiver and has good, clean footwork that allows him to transition upfield and stop on in breaking routes. He has the range to be the deep safety and the necessary closing speed to make a play on the ball and close in when the ball is in the air. As a box safety, he can demonstrate his physical nature and his style of play. He has a knack for making plays and eliminating big plays.

Lester played a pivotal role last year when injuries hit the West defense. He blossomed when given a chance and that should pay dividends. He is an exciting defensive back with good hip fluidity, showcases good burst and quickness to his game, he has good range, anticipates well and is a ball hawk. He’ll be tasked to help stymie the Timpview passing attack.

Falatea was another player who showed promise as a freshman last year, and he’s an outstanding two-way player and filled in when the Panthers had injuries. He’s had a great offseason and is primed to be a playmaker for the upcoming season. He should find his way on the field on both sides of the ball and should be a key contributor on both sides. Great athlete who will see plenty of offers come his way.

Falatea has a good frame to grow into and has already shown good instincts with quick reactionary skills. He does a good job at diagnosing a play, planting his foot into the ground, and exploding to make a play as the deep Safety. Falatea takes good angles, has good lateral quickness, and is excellent at weaving through traffic and getting by blockers. He will get dirty, take on a ball carrier head-on, and show good physicality. Falatea has active hands and showcases good range, he’s a young player who is growing into his frame and has already been impactful.
