Watson is a player to keep your eyes on moving forward. He already has offers from Syracuse and Temple. He used his speed, a nice punch, and good hand usage to win the reps I watched. Watson gave offensive lineman problems, using his quickness to beat them around the edge. He was consistent throughout the day in his effort and has good motor skills. His get-off and explosiveness stand out. He’s a natural pass rusher.

Kamari’s tape quickly shows why he was a freshman starter on Maury’s Varsity team in 2025. He possesses a quick first step and quickly reads the offense. He can pass rush and defend the run, with good range down the line of scrimmage. Relentless pursuit and finishes every play. The future looks bright for the young Edge defender.

is an outstanding athlete. He has good size (6’2″) and strength. His ability to get around offensive linemen trying to block him is good. The question is, how good will his testing numbers be? As quick as he is on his film, he should be able to excel during the test portion of the training.

Watson was in a tier of his own at the PRZ Next Northeast camp. One of only two 2028 prospects (current seventh-grade) to earn a First Team All-Camp selection, he was not quite at the level of the MVP but was clearly better than most of the group. The Virginia native had a really solid upfield burst, and is very direct with his 1v1s. At 5-foot-11 and 195-pounds, he did a good job of winning in 1v1 and being in a very competitive position once he beat the lineman. For a little context there, many guys were winning on the outside, but would essentially win themselves out of any tangible football position where a play would be made in an actual game situation.
