Glowing reviews coming out of Pitt’s most recent passing camp with Dugger making headlines in his hometown. I enjoy seeing a young man blossom and develop both in build and in confidence, especially at the quarterback position. There is a ton of speculation and here-say about where Dugger could commit, with multiple FCS schools pulling the trigger on Dugger as of late. This time last year, you could argue that Dugger’s stock was at its ceiling, with UMass, Toledo, and Pitt offering him within a week. With Dugger heating back up lately, will an FBS program reach out again before the Fall season begins? We are excited to see where he intends to play ball in 2024.

Dugger already has offers from Pitt, Toledo, and UMass but was offered 2 FCS opportunities this month from Fordham and Stony Brook. Julian is a dual-threat QB who has a knack for making big plays. He’s elusive, fast, and showcases a strong throwing arm.

Dugger is one of our top five quarterbacks and top 40 players overall.  He’s a dynamic dual-threat quarterback who can make plays both through the air and on the ground. Great build at 6-foot-4 and could project well in a multitude of systems. Has multiple FBS and FCS offers – that list should continue to grow this summer. Would not rule out Power Five programs getting involved either. Great quarterback flying under the radar as we head into camp season.

He is effortlessly mobile in the pocket while always Keeping his eyes down field. When Julian decides to pull the ball down & run he’s capable of scoring from anywhere on the field. Dugger’s good at rolling out or completing passes on all 3 levels from the pocket. He has FBS level size & strength with a picture perfect high throwing release.
