was another key piece of the SLUH passing attack this past Friday. Harris finished the game with four receptions for 42 yards and a touchdown. He was very dangerous in the deep passing game where he was able to use his speed to blow by opposing defensive backs to create separation. Harris also showed reliable hands and great concentration, showing the ability to look passes in over his shoulder and catch the ball away from his body. Joe currently holds offers from Western Illinois, Navy, Ball State, Air Force, Marshall, and Northern Iowa, and I expect more to come his way as he is a Division I caliber wide receiver prospect.

Joseph Harris is one of multiple offensive prospects for Saint Louis University High School. Joe holds offers from Ball State, Marshall, Northern Iowa, and the Air Force Academy. Expect more regional offers to come in before Joe’s senior season is over.
Joe’s elusiveness gets displayed when he uses his lateral quickness to avoid contact in the open field. Acceleration shows beating press coverage and separating from off man defenders with double moves. Next level size and strength shows catching contested balls and powering through pass interference calls to complete touchdown catches. Joe has the size, speed, and experience to fit in at any position in a college receiver room.

. Harris had a solid junior season, catching 38 passes for 590 yards and six touchdowns. Harris has shown the ability to produce both in the slot and on the outside, showing very impressive route running ability. He has quick breaks in his routes without breaking stride, which allows him to create separation from opposing defensive backs very easily. Harris also has the speed to pose as a dangerous deep threat. I also like Harris’ ability to track the ball over his shoulder, never losing concentration on the football regardless of how tight the coverage is around him. Harris currently holds offers from Ball State, Air Force, Marshall, and Northern Iowa, and I expect that list to continue to grow as he is a Division I caliber receiver.
