Howard will be a player that needs to make a big jump this season, as he has some stud WR’s to throw to. He will be on my radar to see if he is able to put it all together, having the arm strength to make every throw on the field. When you watch him, he excels at the intermediate throws and throws on the run. He has good timing and pocket presence and will need to continue to polish that this offseason.

Howard is a tall QB with a rifle for an arm. He is a pocket passer who can make throws on every level but truly shines with his intermediate throws. His accuracy stands out on his first and second-level passes, showing his ability to hit his receivers in places that keep the ball out of the reach of defenders. He is a talented QB with next-level potential, but being QB2 behind one of the top 2025 QBs in the nation puts him in a tricky situation. Camp season will be big for Howard as he continues to work his way out of the shadows and onto college radars.
