Rechel balled out. The senior had 12 carries for 117 yards, and 2 touchdowns on the ground. Through the air, he had 4 receptions for 147 yards and 1 touchdown. 6 total tackles, (4 solo, 2 assisted) 1 pass deflection. Rechel has very good athletic ability due to elite acceleration, very good speed, change of direction, and good jumping. Rechel was lining up in the backfield all night. He demonstrated his very good vision to choose the correct hole. He was met with a plethora of defenders, and had to use his very powerful legs to churn forward, dragging them with him. As a receiver, he used his good release to beat defenders during press and off coverage. Rechel has very good separation quickness due to his athletic ability and play strength. He’ll outrun the defender or fight through contact during the route. He has very good ball tracking skills. Rechel goes out and attacks the ball. He’ll pluck it and secure the catch with his suction hands. After the catch, he uses his home run speed to blaze past the defense. He has a very good spin move and juke move to make defenders miss. Rechel had an elite performance, balling out at each level. I’m very excited to see how he does in the final 4. Kid is a gamebreaker, and colleges NEED to look his way.

Few players in Colorado are as electrifying as Rechel. The dynamic athlete delivered a stellar performance, rushing 12 times for 117 yards and two touchdowns while adding four receptions for 147 yards and another score. Rechel’s ability to dominate both as a runner and receiver makes him one of the most dangerous weapons in the state. Every time the ball is in his hands, Rechel has the potential to break a big play. As Fairview advances, expect him to be a focal point of their offense and a nightmare for opposing defenses.

Rechel is starting this list off with a bang. Jordan was balling out for Fairview throughout the season. He was a focal point of the offense, and did not disappoint. Rechel had 7 games with over 100 + yards, and 1 game with over 200 + yards. Remind you, his season only consisted of 11 games. He measures in at 5’11 175 pounds which is a good size for a WR. Rechel also played in the backfield and thrashed the defense on the ground and in the air. Fairview would run a close “T” formation and swing the ball out to him. Very effective as he ran through defenses. Throughout the season, Rechel accounted for 1644 yards of offense. On the ground he ran the ball 91 times for 868 yards and 20 touchdowns. Through the air, he had 50 receptions for 776 yards and 9 touchdowns. Rechel has very good athletic ability due to elite acceleration, very good speed, change of direction, and good balance. Very smooth cuts to out juke defenders. He has a good release. Vs off coverage, he is very good and can accelerate faster. He is good vs press and the press jam. He beats the cornerback by using the 1,2-shake movement to keep the DB’s feet happy and out maneuver them. He uses his athletic ability to create separation between him and the defenders. He’ll either out run them or juke them out. Rechel uses his good mental processing to identify the voids in a zone and sit in them. As a running back, he demonstrates good mental processing by identifying the gaps to run through and thrash the defense. Rechel has very good hands. He plucks the ball out of the air with ease. He’ll adjust either above or below his body to maintain the catch. Very good ball tracking skills. Consistently making catches, and staying away from drops. Very good body control. He’s able to keep both feet in bounds on sideline throws. For example, he jumped caught the ball in the back of the endzone, got both feet down and got the touchdown. Rechel plays at a high level consistently, and will get engage in contact for extra yards. This deep threat wide receiver deserves to get more recognition for his play. I am thrilled to see how he performs in his senior year.

Rechel is a receiver that has been a hybrid for the knights this year and has been one of the top rushers on the year in 5A and showed it again on Saturday. He ran for 190 yards and was able to get to the outside and use his speed to outrun defenders to the endzone. He has great vision and the patients to allow blocks to develop and run behind his line. He will be a player climbing the ranks quickly.
