It was just a couple months ago where I got my last live eval out of Jaxson Fury who is now at Rabun-Gap-Nacoochee down in Georgia, but surely there was some skillsets that showed the growth I wanted to see out out of him in the live reps on Thursday morning in Grand Forks. He impressed me early with his pro agility as I surely thought he inserted more twitch in the testing period than what we saw a couple months ago. The area that was blooming for Jaxson was the technique he displayed with his hands, as I thought he brought more tenacity with his get off hands and even the reps that he didn’t win, he showed off the competitive motor in his upper body to finish his reps with the high energy college coaches are going to want to see in the defensive trenches. He surely is going to be one to keep watching for for college coaches in this 2028 class at Midwest camps.

The Defensive Line MVP is a 2028 prospect I personally have been familar with for a while from last summer’s camp season as Jaxson Fury Jaxson Fury 6'3" | 245 lbs | EDGE/DL Rabun Gap-Nacoochee | 2028 GA of Winnipeg took the nod. The Rabun-Gap Nacoocchee (GA) product, has gotten much more agile with his pass-rush moves than what I saw last summer and Jaxson is balanced in both directions with that agility usage. He had some of the most violent hands against the cream of the crop out of the OL group and if you want a workhorse work ethic in the trenches, Jaxson is sure fit for your program on Saturdays. Getting to play football down south should certianly rise the stock of one of Canada’s best defensive ends in the 2028 class.
