The 6′ Sophomore was a playmaker for the Eagles on defense this season with 54 tackles, including 4 for loss, 7 pass break-ups and 1 forced fumble.
With his combination of size and speed, he has top-end upside as he heads into his junior season.

An impressive cover corner up in North Georgia at Rabun-Gap, Johnson is a hard-hitting defensive back who can line up on the outside and cover receivers down the field. He shows quick feet, burst, and natural cover skills. He also brings a physical element and knows how to make a strong tackle. Playing alongside other extremely talented defenders, Johnson has shined as a sophomore this fall and has made 41 tackles this season with three TFLs and four pass deflections. His best football is way ahead of him and his recruitment could really pick up sooner than later.
