Javi’s been on my radar since he was a middle schooler and has been a bunch of our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcases, but there were skillsets that I saw grow since December. The biggest area of growth for Javi, to me was his poise in the pocket, as regardless of class he was the most poised quarterback inside and outside of the pocket as his throws were always on time. The amount of throws that Javi made on all three levels, showed off his excellent touch for each level of the field. There’s a reason why I believe he’s an early offer target in this South Dakota 2028 class incoming.
