One of a couple South Dakota prospects in attendance in the morning OL/DL session at the UND Flagship Camp was Sioux Falls Washington 2027 Hayes Petersen Hayes Petersen DL/OL Sioux Falls Washington | 2027 State SD . The 6’2 250 pounder, came in graded as a OL prospect, but after watching a chunk of his reps you can see the position flexibility that translates to either side of the ball with the preference sits as a defensive tackle. He’s made steady growth since his junior season with the Warriors based on the live reps I watched, as Hayes showed off good drive-off leverage and was quick with his hands from an extension perspective. He’s one that could be a senior bloomer for some schools out there in the Dakotas.
