Jakylin Kirkland Jakylin Kirkland 5'11" | 180 lbs | QB North Hardin | 2026 State KY was undoubtedly a top performer in spite of the loss. The offense made adjustments at halftime to get him to run and make plays with his legs, and it paid off. The offense quickly scored two touchdowns and had Bullitt East on their heals thanks to his dual-threat ability; he flashes great vision and can make defenders miss. He threw a very accurate pass on fourth down late in the game that would have put North Hardin ahead and given them a lead, but the on-target pass was dropped.

In the first place spot on my list is Jakylin Kirkland Jakylin Kirkland 5'11" | 180 lbs | QB North Hardin | 2026 State KY , a quarterback at North Hardin High School. What impresses me about Kirkland is his ability to quickly execute off the snap, utilizing his quick release and accuracy to find his receivers for the short pass. I also like Kirkland’s ability to maneuver the pocket and find open targets deep in the backfield for the long pass. Kirkland’s footwork also stood out.
