Hayes is good off the edge and can play both on and off the ball at linebacker. He’s got good power at the point of attack and does a good job running plays down from behind. He finished week 4 with 6 tackles, 2 QB pressures, 1 PBU, 1 sack, and a scoop-and-score. I like the high effort he plays with and how he consistently finds ways to make plays. He’s got the talent to back it up, and as he continues to get reps, I think he will only build on what he’s already doing.
