Todd is a pure playmaker with the ball in his hands. He’s small for a wide receiver, but he is arguably his best in contested catch situations. He high-points the football and has an excellent vertical that allows him to rise above taller defenders. Todd is also a player who likes to get the ball in quick situations near the line of scrimmage and can create chunk plays out of nothing. He doubles as a kickoff returner, where Todd is equally as dangerous.

Ranked as the #12 receiver in Kentucky’s 2029 class, the WR and DB prospect thrived in the slot, where his twitch and suddenness created problems all weekend. He is elusive in space, makes sharp cuts without losing speed, and shows the kind of quickness that translates immediately after the catch. Todd consistently turned short completions into positive gains and flashed the speed and instincts of a young athlete with real long-term upside.
