Lee built on his scrimmage performances by continuing to show great reaction time and pursuit of the football. He has natural length and range as a defensive back and always seems to put himself in the right position to make a play. He’s also becoming a reliable tackler in the open field. After logging just 17 tackles as a junior last season, Lee is well on his way to surpassing that number this fall.

Chris Lee Chris Lee 6'0" | 160 lbs | DB/ATH North Hardin | 2027 KY is North Hardin’s returning defensive back leader, who snagged three interceptions and logged 17 tackles as a lockdown cornerback/safety. Lee is a hard-hitting, smash-mouth type of DB who has fantastic reaction time and can light up any ball carrier in stride. In North Hardin’s two scrimmages this preseason, Lee showcased his ability to jump and cut off routes. He also proved that he can react to the play in front of him, meaning he can shed his block and put himself in a position to make a play. If he’s able to gather some speed, he welcomes contact with open arms.

Lee is a quality athlete with good range and acceleration, showing the ability to cover ground and separate in space. He’s elusive with the ball in his hands, capable of creating on his own and turning broken plays into positive gains. The Playmakers Elite team was truly loaded with great athletes and playmakers. They could spread the ball around, they had depth, and they were selfless. I appreciate those teams because they just wanted to win. Lee was inside and outside and had no issue with contact over the middle.
