How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play with relentless aggression, speed, and a non-stop motor, always pursuing the football. My game is built on physicality, discipline, and football IQ, ensuring I'm in position to make plays. As a tight end, I excel at blocking, setting the edge, and creating opportunities. In the passing game, I capitalize on finding soft spots, making tough catches, and turning upfield. My mindset: dominate

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I lead by example with relentless effort, intensity, and a team-first mentality. I thrive under pressure, stay composed, and push myself and my teammates to be better every day. My mindset is simple: outwork the competition, play with passion, and never back down from a challenge.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I compete in wrestling and track, further developing my athleticism, discipline, and mental toughness. Outside of sports, I’m a member of the National League of Young Men in Idaho, where I engage in leadership development, community service, and personal growth opportunities.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I lead by example on every team I play for, pushing myself and my teammates to be better. As a member of the National League of Young Men, I focus on leadership and service, volunteering annually in fundraisers for the less fortunate, including the Hope House in Idaho. These experiences have strengthened my work ethic, accountability, and commitment to making an impact on and off the field.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

As an infant, I was diagnosed with laryngomalacia and had to undergo surgery on my larynx. I was also diagnosed with failure to thrive and wasn’t expected to survive. Overcoming these early challenges shaped my resilience and determination. Today, I approach every opportunity—on and off the field—with gratitude, a relentless work ethic, and the mindset to push past obstacles.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a college that will push me to excel both on the field and in the classroom. I want to compete in a high-level program that values physicality, discipline, and player development while being part of a team that feels like family. Academically, I seek a school that challenges me and prepares me for success beyond football.

Henderson checks into our rankings as a new addition and as the top defensive lineman in the 2026 class across Idaho. He holds multiple offers from the FCS ranks and Washington State and is a very disruptive edge rusher that can lineup at multiple spots and be effective. Strong at the POA with a explosive first step and heavy hands, he shows closing speed/can collapse the pocket quickly and is a high motor kid that is always around the ball. Depending on scheme at the next level he should fit in nicely at either the first or second level and has good position versatility.
