is someone I am intrigued by going into 2025. Last season, he was with Thomas Worthington, but he will be with Gahanna Lincoln in the upcoming season. His release is quick and can get the ball out of his hand in an instant. His arm down the field looks great, and his ball doesn’t die or lose its power. He can push vertically, and he can also stretch the field to work the sidelines. His ball placement is excellent as he can hit guys on the run down the field and keep his receivers safe from linebackers in pursuit. I want to see more from him as an athlete this season, as Thomas Worthington didn’t have him create much as a runner. I believe the athleticism and size are there, but nothing was shown. Stepping up for a program like Gahanna Lincoln is a big step up, but I’m excited for Grey to show what he can do this season.
Kegley, makes his rankings debut at #9. Sophomore Quarter back has outstanding size and has exceptional skills to match that. When it comes to arm talent Grey can make all the throws. While watching his film you see an impressive array of throws to all three levels. He has the ability to both drive the ball and throw with touch. His ability to throw with anticipation is very impressive for a quarterback his age. The sophomore-to-be is comfortable making throws both as the receiver breaks as well as making back-shoulder throws. Kegley, is comfortable in the pocket and senses pressure well. When pressure comes, he is able to keep his eyes down field and possesses the arm strength to make throws through contact. With a strong sophomore campaign, I would expect Kegley to burst on to the P4 scene.
