Grayson is exactly what you would draw up if you’re looking for a big time defensive back. The GRCC defensive back has range like a safety but skills like a lock down corner. I am impressed with Grayson’s fluid hips in his back pedal and the power in which he comes out of his breaks. Grayson show’s an excellent ability to mirror wide outs and has excellent ball skills to make a play and get a big turnover. I suspect Graysons offer list explodes this summer and fall.

Grayson already has the green light from one D1-Western Michigan. Still, I think Todd is extremely underrated. His length and skill as a DB far surpasses most high school defensive backs already. I absolutely love how fluidly he moves, and when he decides to turn and burn, he has no issue keeping up with even the quickest receivers. He’s physical enough to come and play the run, and shows high effort play after play, and that hustle turns into game-changing plays for his squad. Great talent that’s still largely being overlooked.

Tidd received an offer from Western Michigan, but I think his ceiling could be P4 offers before long. His mix of speed and measurables make him a high ceiling prospect with a ton to love.
-Passes the eye test, great size and length
-Twitchy and explosive, can cut on a dime
-Great hands and footwork
-P4 ceiling

I’m pleasantly surprised by the extremely large number of young prospects at Grand Rapids Catholic Central.
Tidd is one of those highly promising underclassmen. His current tape demonstrates a willingness to stop the run/screen passes. Plus, there are a couple of promising pass defense highlights. His freshman highlights plus offseason work have made me pretty bullish about the future. Looking forward to watching Tidd this season.
