Grant was a DB prospect that is newer to my Dakotas radar, and is one that showed off what he can do with his hands from the outdoor reps I watched from him at the UND Flagship Camp. I liked what I saw out of Grant with his ball-tracking ability as he struck a chord with me with attention to detail with his finish thru his hands from the reps I caught out of him from the defensive back group. Grant on tape shows off a very reactive change of direction with his vertical as he can turn his head quickly to adjust to the ball with rapid instincts. Grant will be a 2024 defensive back prospect that plays way bigger than his 5’9 170 pound measurables will show you as a DB that has a fluid football IQ from what I caught in Grand Forks as a 1st Team All-State defensive back in 2022.
