Blake is another way too under the radar trench monster on our 2026 North Dakota rankings that saw him go up 20+ spots from our last 2026 update. He has surely grown the most in his senior season with his hand placement and outstanding driving leverage which constantly appears overwhelming for defensive linemen to go up against in his first look on tape. The 6’0 265 pounder has really improved with his violence level as well with his hands as Blake and has to have some of the most violent hands of OL propsects that are uncommitted left in North Dakota. Can’t believe he just has one D2 offer at the moment on what is a stacked group of offensive linement from Fargo Davies.

The most explosive first step we have on this list so far, comes from Fargo Davies Blake McCarthy Blake McCarthy 6'0" | 265 lbs | OL Fargo Davies | 2026 State ND , who I just named to my second team All-State Team for offensive linemen, but I would not be surprised if he is a first-teamer by the end of the 2025 season. The quick powering strength that Blake has is surely one that is hard to miss on tape, as even though Fargo Davies is not a pass-heavy team by any means, in the pass pro reps I watched out of Blake, I was intrigued by how versatile he was with his footwork and hand placement. Blake has one D3 offer thus far as another North Dakotan that surprises me that he doesn’t have more attention on the recruiting trail.

Talk about an offensive linemen that wastes zero time getting leverage with his hands as college coaches will surely want to track another Fargo Davies offensive linemen in Blake McCarthy Blake McCarthy 6'0" | 265 lbs | OL Fargo Davies | 2026 State ND this summer. Blake shows off one of the more barrelling punches in this 2026 ND group as one too that impresses me with his agile footwork for his growing 6’0 265 pound frame. The controlling hands and excellent pad level has, should surely move the needle for college coaches this summer. And they should know right now, that he is going up my 2026 ND board as we speak!
