Grant headed into the 2023 season with lofty expectations. At the end of the season, his stats look good, while the team did not perform well.

I watched Grant enough last offseason to know he’s a good pocket passer who understands at least the basics of reading a defense. His accuracy is consistently good without being under pressure, and he shows some skill in timing his throws. He’s a quick-release with a similar flick-of-the-wrist style like Aaron Rodgers or Zach Wilson.rnHe’s a solid quarterback all-around. He may not have the multi-year varsity experience, but I truly think his current skillset translates to the college game more than some other QBs on this list.
