Gavin Johnson Gavin Johnson 6'1" | 185 lbs | ATH Hazard | 2027 State KY is another receiver who continued to stand out as a junior. He finished the year as Hazard’s leading receiver, hauling in 75 passes for 887 yards and eight touchdowns in 12 games. Johnson is a dangerous deep threat, using his speed to create separation and athleticism to come away with jump balls with ease. He has also shown the ability to use his speed and elusiveness in the open field to pick up yards after the catch. Gavin also carried the ball 43 times for 265 yards and a touchdown as a junior and played a key role on defense, recording 114 tackles, one sack, and an interception. Johnson recently picked up his first offer from Bellarmine and I can see more coming his way this offseason.
