Lofton has blazing speed and can house any ball he touches. He’s got a good vertical and can out-leap just about anyone, making him a really tough matchup down the field. He’s got strong hands and can make the highlight-worthy grab when the ball is in the air. I really like the overall athleticism he brings, and I think he could also thrive in the kick return game because of his speed and acceleration. He’s starting to pick up traction, and with these traits, he could skyrocket up the boards soon.

Shannon Lofton Shannon Lofton 5'11" | 160 lbs | ATH Boyle County | 2028 State KY is a great athlete and underrated playmaker on Boyle County’s star-studded offensive lineup. In his first four games, he caught five passes for 115 yards and two touchdowns, including 23.0 yards per reception. Lofton excels in contested-catch situations, especially deep downfield. He showed that this past week when he hauled in a 3rd-down reception downfield with a defender rising alongside him. He brought it down, keeping the drive alive. Lofton can provide boosts like this for the Rebels at any point in the game. He just needs the ball in his hands to do it.
