Gabriel Benton Gabriel Benton 6'3" | 205 lbs | QB Benjamin Russell | 2024 State AL is a quarterback we talked a lot about last summer, and man has he shown up in some big ways this fall for Benjamin Russell. Benton showcased his exceptional passing skills in last week’s game against Pelham- he was playing at an elite level and ended up completing an impressive 24 out of 30 pass attempts for 346 yards through the air and 3 touchdown passes. Benton didn’t stop there either, he also made an impact on the ground and ended up rushing for 44 yards and another touchdown as well. Benton is one of the most slept on players in the state- he has some fantastic arm talent and athleticism that shows up in every game I’ve watched him play. Benton has picked up offers from Austin Peay, UT Martin, Alabama State and others- keep track of him as he continues to play at this level- he’s sure to have some more standout games and will pick up some more offers on the way!
