There is so much potential and upside with 2025 Independence LB Dylan Ritchie Dylan Ritchie 6'5" | 180 lbs | LB Independence | 2025 State WV that he always flashes when watching him. He’s a very long athlete who will need to make strides in filling out his frame but once he does, he’s going to be a problem at the next level. Ritchie’s length gave opposing players trouble in 1-on-1s and it’s tough to complete a pass on him when he’s in a good position to make a play. He also moves well for his size and looked better in that regard in person than what we saw from him last season on film.

His size will give him options in college, and it will depend on how much his body can transform over time to determine what position he fits best at in the future. If you’re patient with him though, Ritchie can develop into a quality next-level player in time.
