DJ Wade DJ Wade 6'2" | 170 lbs | QB Carver Montgomery | 2026 State AL is a talented QB out of Carver who has helped his offense in a ton of big ways over the last few years.

Wade is a gunslinger who can put the ball anywhere on the field. He has a big arm, throws with great accuracy, and is a good decision maker who can push the ball downfield for massive plays.

I was really impressed by Wade’s ability to navigate the pocket and make plays under pressure. He plays with a ton of confidence and can deliver the ball to his WRs through contact, while also having the ability to take the ball upfield himself if he has to.

Wade has a ton of talents as a passer- he’s got some terrific arm strength and accuracy that allow him to place the ball any place he wants on the field. Wade throws the ball with great velocity and touch- it’s super impressive watching him rip the ball over the center of the field through tight windows as well as his ability to lead his receivers downfield for big plays. It was easy to see these skills on full display last fall as Wade had a super productive sophomore season where he totaled 158/287 attempts for 2252 yards, 24 touchdowns, and only 6 interceptions on the year. Wade has a ton of talent and has greatly impacted Carver’s passing attack. Wade picked up an offer from ULM earlier this summer, and with how well he’s played, he could definitely see more come his way. Be sure to watch out for Wade this fall, Carver has a ton of talent and is set for a really big season this year!
