D’Hani Cobbs D’Hani Cobbs 5'10" | 165 lbs | WR Camden | 2025 State NJ is a prospect that, as opposed to the national and regional press, I am gambling a bit on in terms of his college prospects. The film shows my eyes otherwise, however. Fast off his release, achieving top speed very quickly, and vertical ball skills are obvious. Further review shows how Cobbs can make converging defenders miss, sets up his blockers well, and can weave in and out of defenses in the open field. With Cobbs skillset and Coach Rob Hinson tutelage, Cobbs is a bet I am willing to make.

D’Hani Cobbs D’Hani Cobbs 5'10" | 165 lbs | WR Camden | 2025 State NJ of Camden has joined an elite class of 2025 New Jersey wide receivers with FBS potential that does not come along very often. Cobbs gets extremely fast releases and can achieve top speed very quickly. This immediately gets defensive backs on their heels and afraid to get beat deep, opening up many routes over the middle in the process. Not to overstate, however, he has shown to routinely get behind defenders that are playing him with a 10-yard cushion. Cobbs tracks the ball over his head nicely as well and can high point and get-up-to-get-it as well. An explosive returner, Cobbs is dynamic in the open field as he can cut, jump-cut, and step back to evade converging defenders who also sets up his blocks nicely. Cobbs seems to slow down a bit when breaking the stem on in-cutting routes. I also encourage him to switch the ball to the outside arm when possessing it. Cobbs has committed to Villanova.

Well, it was certainly a quick turnaround for D’Hani Cobbs D’Hani Cobbs 5'10" | 165 lbs | WR Camden | 2025 State NJ . In edition II of this month’s recruiting update the playmaker for Camden received an offer from Morgan State, only to announce via Twitter a day later that he is all-in and committed to Villanova. With this seemingly behind him, Cobbs can now focus on his season and ball out.

After picking up a full-ride from Villanova back in mid-April (sorry I missed that one, Cobbs), Morgan State made a bear of an offer to Cobbs, doing the same.
