Desean is another edge rusher who has good size and solid athletic traits. He’s aggressive, brings physicality and has a great motor to pursue across the field. Mona Shores tends to be pretty solid in the trenches, and Desean is looking to be another example of that.

I really like that his highlights show a quick step off the line, and whether he’s going outside or inside, he tends to use his leverage to get good position on the blocker. Another thing I like to see his an above average football IQ. He doesn’t get too far upfield, and when he’s left unblocked he crashes straight down the line and stays home. Clearly well coached, I will be expecting some more great leaps out of Taylor!
