Dawson is currently a fringe D2 prospect, and he’ll easily earn more GLIAC offers with a great 2024 season. Over the past few months, Dawson has done a good job of attending camps, consistently improving, and making relationships with college coaches. Watching Dawon’s tape, it’s apparent that he’s one of the best interior O-Linemen in West Michigan. I especially like his agility, as he’s easily able to pull, get to the second level, and execute difficult blocks. I will say that he sometimes shows a false step / other bad footwork early in his 2023 reps. All in all, I love a guard who can move and block like Dawson can. His 6’2″ height may be an issue for some teams, but I’m not too worried about that.
