Howard possesses a lot of solid key traits with great size/length and plus natural athleticism. 6’4” 170 lbs. he’s got a lean frame capable of adding weight as he develops and matures. With long strides and smooth acceleration, he can stretch the field vertically and create separation downfield. His speed, paired with his large catch radius makes him a consistent deep ball threat and a mismatch against smaller DB’s. Shows a natural ability to track ball flight with good body control and coordination to adjust and play it at the high point. Though still raw in terms of route refinement and sharpness, his physical tools are there. As he adds strength and experience, his impact will only increase and is expected to take a big leap forward going into his senior year.
