has been one of the most consistent defensive backs in the state over the past couple seasons. He lines up on the outside at corner where he locks down his man with ease in man coverage. Warner uses his physicality to jam receivers at the beginning of their routes then uses his speed to run with them to mirror their routes. When the ball is thrown his way, he reacts quickly to make a play, finishing last season with one interception and several pass breakups. He has also shown the ability to provide run support, finishing his junior year with 34 tackles and two tackles for loss. Corey is committed to UMass where I can see him making an early impact once he gets there.

, a defensive back at DuPont Manual High School. Warner catches my attention with his defensive awareness and ability to quickly adapt to the play, proving he can attack the ball in the air and pick up a solid gain after the pick. I also like how Warner can quickly shut down the long pass in the backfield with his aggressive coverage.

Warner had a nice weekend playing both sides of the ball for the Louisville Dream Team. Warner possesses good length and a thick build. He shows good tempo in his route running and gets in and out of his breaks well. On defense he mirrored well and had the physicality to knock receivers off their timing routes.
