There is a lot to like about up-and-coming sophomore safety, Chase Gable Chase Gable 6'2" | 160 lbs | DB Papillion-La Vista South | 2028 NE , who posted impressive tape playing for Papio South’s freshman team. Right off the bat, Chase impresses with his size at 6’2″ and 160 pounds with room to continue filling out his frame in the weight room. He plays with a relentless motor that puts him in a position to make a play on any down, using his speed to close on the ball in a hurry. Once he reaches the ball-carrier, Chase does a good job implementing proper technique in his tackles. Very good eye for the ball and can flow naturally to it. We’ve seen a lot of good talent come out of Papio South recently and now Chase looks primed to join that list by the end of his prep career.
