Charlie Noon Charlie Noon 6'2" | 180 lbs | ATH Highlands | 2023 State KY is a player that stood out this year as one of the most electric play makers in the state. He did most of his damage at receiver, catching 53 passes for 797 yards, and eight touchdowns. Noon has blazing speed which he used to create separation in the deep passing game. He is also very dangerous after the catch, using his speed and elusiveness to turn short passes and screens into big plays. Noon also carried the ball 44 times for 253 yards. He also showed that he is a very dangerous returner on special teams, returning one punt and one kickoff for a touchdown this year. Charlie is committed to Georgetown College where I see him turning into a key piece of their offense
