He’s done work both as a receiver and a cornerback, but I will take his acts as a receiver in this series. He’s an athletic prospect who has a fundamentally sound game. He’s got the route running, release, size, and athletic tools you look for in FBS prospects. Carter will make a lot of noise in the state if Bishop Watterson goes on their expected deep playoff run.
