Kaden Jones has upside potential and could really ball out during his junior year and land some offers this winter with a strong fall season. Good puller and mover in the run game. Runs feet on contact, strong leg drive, can create open lanes and win at the corner. OG is his college fit. Need to see more development and specifically plays in pass protection, but has a chance.

With the amount of big names Bishop Watterson featured defensively this season, Kaden was right there with them, doing the dirty work. He’s a great athlete and takes great angles when in pursuit. He plays physically for his size and can get into the backfield as a pass rusher.

A track and field athlete too, Jones has great instincts as a run defender as well as outstanding pursuit and range. Although he lacks the ideal height of most outside linebackers, his range and sideline-to-sideline speed is strong and he takes great angles to ballcarriers. In Week 1, he racked up 8 tackles, two tackles for loss and one sack, and also played tight end.
