Carnell Jackson Carnell Jackson 6'3" | 320 lbs | DL Auburn | 2026 State AL is a dominant DT/NG on Auburn’s defensive line who decommitted from Arkansas a little while back and just announced his new landing spot.

Jackson also moves really well at his size- he can make some impressive plays in pursuit, has a great motor, and consistently finds ways into the backfield nearly every snap.”

Jackson made a big announcement earlier this week, committing to Kansas State! He’ll be a huge addition to their defense; it’s clear he has a bright future ahead at the next level.

We watched Carnell Jackson Carnell Jackson 6'3" | 320 lbs | DL Auburn | 2026 State AL ‘s tape earlier this summer and expected him to have a breakout season this year, and right we were, Jackson has played terrific for Auburn’s defensive front and has had his recruitment open up in a lot of big ways this fall. Jackson is a terrific defensive lineman who has been super reliable at both defensive tackle and nose guard the last few seasons. Standing at 6’3 320, Jackson is a massive lineman who completely wears down the offensive linemen across from him. Jackson uses his size, strength, and power to consistently make plays against the run. He does a great job anchoring himself on the line of scrimmage, clogs up running lanes, and is a dependable tackler who doesn’t allow the ball carrier into the open field. Jackson also moves well at his size- despite being as huge as he is he can pursue after the ball carrier, has a great motor, and overall plays with a ton of effort every snap. With how well he has played for Auburn this season, Jackson has seen his recruitment heat up. Just a week or so ago he picked up an offer from Appalachian State- and he’s only going to see more head his way. Watch out for him going forward, he’ll be hard to miss!
