Perdue led the Timberwolves in tackles as a junior and likely repeats that feat as a senior. He lacks size, but is all over the field and pursues the ball at a high level from his middle linebacker spot. Perdue has the mindset for the position that you’re looking for and could easily play football at the next level if he wanted.

Perdue finished second on the team in tackles with 65 and is another very strong athlete in the Spring Valley program. He’s another talented baseball prospect who will have post high school options for which sport he wants to play. Perdue may not have prototypical linebacker length but is very stout for his age and is a physical player. He has the athleticism to run around and play in space but is good at sticking his nose in traffic and playing between the tackles.
Spring Valley should post a talented defense in 2024 with Perdue being one of the leaders on that side of the ball.
