heads into the WV Exposure Series with a lot of momentum after putting together a strong junior season at Spring Valley. After recently getting a full look at his film, it became clear pretty quickly that he’s a prospect deserving of serious attention heading into his senior year. Rich brings value on both sides of the line and plays with the kind of toughness and motor that translates well in camp settings. There’s a real chance he competes for one of the top defensive line performances at the event, especially once the 1-on-1s begin. At the same time, Rich can hold his own at offensive line too, which adds even more intrigue to his overall evaluation as he prepares for a rankings debut later this summer.

is a player whose upside on the defensive side really stands out when you watch him. Rich also starts on the offensive line, but at 6’3, 240, his length and athleticism translate well as a defensive lineman. He had a productive junior season, but Rich still looks like someone who has more to give on defense. He plays with patience off the edge and then closes quickly when he commits, showing the ability to crash and disrupt. Rich moves well laterally and will chase plays down from the backside. He’s physical at the point of attack and can win in different ways, whether it’s using his quickness or playing through contact. There’s a lot to build on here, and Rich feels like a player who could take a real step forward this season for the Timberwolves.
